We worked with Clarion Communications to design and produce Galbani’s ‘Viral’ Burrata Bar, where the number one Italian cheese brand showcased the UK’s favourite viral burrata recipes.

The idea.

For just £5 a ticket, the limited-edition Burrata Bar served up a five-course feast curated solely from trending dishes. From oozy Burrata Sandwiches and Baked Burrata to a zingy Burrata, Strawberry and Pimm’s Salad, crispy fried Golden Burrata, and even gooey Burrata S’mores Blondies – it’s a cheese-lover’s dream come true.

The taste of an Italian Summer

The menu was all about the dishes people are already loving online, swapping with friends, and craving at home – but with a gourmet twist. Burrata was the star of the show, but we designed an experience built around that classic Italian vibe of sharing great food with great company to make the Burrata Bar even more special.

To finish with even more Italian flair, we hosted a VIP Chef’s Table event for select food service industry professionals with Danilo Cortellini, Head Chef at the Italian Embassy in London.
